They work with local small-scale producers who provide free range chicken, grass fed cattle, sustainably harvested shellfish and pristine vegetables and herbs. Their stocks and sauces are made the traditional way - no added salt, flavour enhancers, gluten, preservatives or additives. Its real food made with real ingredients.
